We accept most insurance plans and will file the claims with your insurance provider. If we are out-of-network for your plan, we may work with your provider to file the claim for you. We can work with your insurance company to determine the total coverage you have available. Any outstanding balance will be the responsibility of the patient, and we can set up payment arrangements for you. We will assist you in every way possible to file your claim and handle insurance questions.
